Chef Maurizio Di Munno
Our Italian chef, Maurizio Di Munno, has trained in some of the most well-known schools (including the Institut Paul Bocuse for Culinary Arts) and earned his stripes working in some of the biggest and most prestigious fine-dining establishments, receiving numerous awards for his culinary endeavours.
He is currently cooking up a storm at Chalet Les Fougères for your delight and delectation!
